We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm the same working day, and often right up until 4.30pm.

We will send your order via the Royal Mail's 1st Class Post, or via Parcelforce or an independent courier, depending on the size and weight. Your order should be with you within 1-5 working days. Please note that a signature may be required.

We like to be transparent - we know how frustrating it is when you need an item quickly, only to find out it's out of stock, and we work hard to keep stock levels as up to date as possible. While we try to keep all colours & sizes in stock, some products on our website say 'please allow 7-10 days for delivery of this item', as we have deliveries into our shop every Friday. We will notify immediately you if there are any problems.

 Free Delivery on all orders over £75

Our standard UK delivery is free of charge on all orders over £75.

Once the items in your shopping basket reach £75, free delivery will automatically be applied. This will be confirmed when you checkout.

You are very welcome to collect your order from our shop in Cardiff. We will prepare your order ready for you to collect at a time to suit you.

Local Delivery

We are offer delivery within 10 miles of our shop in Cardiff. We can deliver to your home or yard and delivery is free for all orders over £15.

Please select the 'Free - Local Delivery' option as your delivery method and we will then call you to arrange delivery details.

When you checkout, you will be able to choose whether you would prefer to pay online or when we deliver.

Delivery of orders under £15 will be £3.95.

 Next Day and International Delivery

Next day delivery is available for UK customers only, including delivery on a Saturday morning, and international shipping is also available.
